Description
Bacon Cheeseburger Ramen Noodle Bake is a hearty comfort casserole combining seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, tender ramen noodles, and plenty of melted cheese for a fun twist on a classic cheeseburger.
Ingredients
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
- 450 g ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp chopped pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion until browned.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Stir well and cook 1–2 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk milk and eggs together.
- Combine cooked noodles, beef mixture, crumbled bacon, and half of the cheeses.
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish.
- Pour milk and egg mixture evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until set and golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Top with chopped pickles if desired.
Notes
- Do not overcook noodles before baking.
- Add diced tomatoes or jalapeños for variation.
- Best served hot and fresh from the oven.
