Description
Crispy tater tot cones stuffed with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and bacon bits, delivering all the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger in a fun handheld snack.
Ingredients
- 4 waffle-style cone molds or foil cones
- 4 cups frozen tater tots, thawed
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup diced pickles (optional)
- Cooking spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease cone molds lightly with cooking spray.
- Press thawed tater tots firmly around the inside of each cone mold.
- Bake tater tot cones for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Remove tater tot cones from oven and carefully remove from molds.
- Fill each cone with cooked beef.
- Top with shredded cheese and bacon crumbles.
- Return filled cones to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, add pickles if using, and serve hot.

- Handle cones carefully while hot.
- Use parchment-lined baking sheet for stability.
- Serve with ketchup or special sauce if desired.
