Bacon Cream Cheese Doritos is an easy no-bake snack made by stuffing crunchy Doritos chips with a savory cream cheese and bacon filling, perfect for parties and quick appetizers.
Ingredients
- 1 large bag Doritos (Nacho Cheese or Cool Ranch)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and finely crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy, then drain and crumble finely. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, black pepper, and green onions until smooth.
- Using a small spoon or piping bag, carefully spread or pipe the cream cheese mixture onto one Dorito chip.
- Top with another Dorito chip to form a sandwich, or leave open-faced if preferred.
- Repeat until ingredients are used up.
- Chill for 20 minutes before serving for best texture.
Notes
- Use thicker Doritos to prevent breaking.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
- You may add shredded cheddar for extra flavor.
