Description

Juicy baked chicken breasts coated in classic Caesar flavors and finished with a rich, creamy Parmesan sauce that’s savory, comforting, and full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
  4. Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine Caesar dressing, heavy cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
  6. Pour the creamy Parmesan sauce evenly over the chicken.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
