A creamy and flavorful BLT macaroni salad combining tender pasta, crispy halal turkey bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes tossed in a rich dressing.
Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 6 slices halal turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 1/2 cups romaine or iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions or chives (optional)
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooled macaroni to the dressing and toss to coat evenly.
- Gently fold in turkey bacon, tomatoes, and green onions.
- Just before serving, stir in chopped lettuce.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve chilled.

- Add lettuce just before serving to keep it crisp.
- Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter option.
