Butter Steak Sliders are juicy, bite-sized sandwiches made with tender steak, rich garlic butter, and soft slider buns, perfect for a flavorful appetizer or quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 500 g steak (ribeye or sirloin), thinly sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or provolone)
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook sliced steak until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley.
  4. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer cooked steak evenly over the buns, then top with cheese and caramelized onions if using.
  6. Place the top buns over the filling.
  7. Brush garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
  8. Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use soft dinner rolls for best texture.
  • Cover with foil while baking to keep sliders moist, then uncover to brown.
  • Add pickles or mustard for extra flavor.
