Butter Steak Sliders are juicy, bite-sized sandwiches made with tender steak, rich garlic butter, and soft slider buns, perfect for a flavorful appetizer or quick meal.
Ingredients
- 500 g steak (ribeye or sirloin), thinly sliced
- 12 slider buns
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or provolone)
- 1/2 cup caramelized onions (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook sliced steak until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley.
- Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer cooked steak evenly over the buns, then top with cheese and caramelized onions if using.
- Place the top buns over the filling.
- Brush garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use soft dinner rolls for best texture.
- Cover with foil while baking to keep sliders moist, then uncover to brown.
- Add pickles or mustard for extra flavor.
- Best served fresh and hot.
