Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning.
- Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove skillet from heat and spread ranch dressing over each chicken breast.
- Top evenly with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with green onions if desired and serve hot.
