Description

A cheesy, savory cheddar bacon ranch chicken melt made with tender chicken, crispy bacon, ranch seasoning, and melted cheddar cheese, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning.
  4. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Remove skillet from heat and spread ranch dressing over each chicken breast.
  6. Top evenly with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  7. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with green onions if desired and serve hot.
