A rich, cheesy, and creamy chicken casserole made with tender chicken, crispy halal turkey bacon, ranch seasoning, and melted cheese—perfect for a comforting family dinner.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 6 slices halal turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, pasta, turkey bacon, and sauce.
- Stir in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- You can substitute pasta with cauliflower for a lower-carb option.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving for easier slicing.
