A rich, cheesy, and creamy chicken casserole made with tender chicken, crispy halal turkey bacon, ranch seasoning, and melted cheese—perfect for a comforting family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 6 slices halal turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  4. Mix in ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, pasta, turkey bacon, and sauce.
  6. Stir in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  8. Top with remaining cheese.
  9. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
