Ingredients
- 2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan or bundt pan.
- Cut each biscuit into four small pieces and place them in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Pour the butter mixture over the dough pieces and toss to coat.
- Add the shredded mozzarella, chopped pepperoni, and pizza sauce. Gently mix to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan, layering evenly.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool for about 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
- You can add other pizza toppings such as cooked sausage, olives, or bell peppers.
- Make sure the dough pieces are evenly coated so the flavors distribute well.
- If the top browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil while baking.
- Best served warm when the cheese is melted and stretchy.
