Description
Crispy and cheesy quesadillas filled with tender chicken, smoky beef bacon, and melted cheese, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup beef bacon (halal), cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
- Add shredded chicken, beef bacon, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Remove mixture from pan and set aside.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly.
- Add the chicken mixture on top, then sprinkle remaining cheese.
- Cover with the second tortilla or fold in half if using one.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from pan, slice into wedges, and serve warm.

- Use halal-certified ingredients for dietary compliance.
- Serve with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
- Add chili flakes or jalapeños for extra spice.
- A panini press can be used for even crisping.
