Ingredients
- 400g beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Pat steak pieces dry and season with chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Drizzle lime juice and sprinkle lime zest over the steak bites.
- Toss well to coat evenly.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve immediately.
