Description

Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake Pancake Tacos are soft chocolate pancakes folded like tacos and filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture and fresh strawberries for a fun and indulgent dessert breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for filling)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chocolate drizzle (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  4. Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour small circles of batter and cook 1–2 minutes per side until done.
  6. While still warm, gently fold pancakes in half and let cool slightly to hold shape.
  7. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Spoon cheesecake filling into each pancake taco.
  9. Top with diced strawberries and drizzle with chocolate if desired.
  10. Serve immediately.
