Description

Crispy cauliflower bites that are golden on the outside and tender on the inside, perfect as a snack, appetizer, or healthy side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into milk, then coat evenly with the dry mixture.
  4. Place coated florets onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Continue baking until cauliflower is golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from oven and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or marinara.
  • For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs.
  • Can also be air-fried for quicker results.
