Description
Crispy cauliflower bites that are golden on the outside and tender on the inside, perfect as a snack, appetizer, or healthy side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into milk, then coat evenly with the dry mixture.
- Place coated florets onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Continue baking until cauliflower is golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
Notes
- Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or marinara.
- For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs.
- Can also be air-fried for quicker results.
