Description
Crispy roasted cauliflower florets seasoned with garlic and spices, roasted until golden brown and tender on the inside.
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- Fresh parsley or lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from oven and garnish with parsley or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure crispiness.
- Adjust spices to taste or add chili powder for heat.
