Description

Crispy roasted cauliflower florets seasoned with garlic and spices, roasted until golden brown and tender on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or lemon wedges for serving (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with parsley or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
  7. Serve immediately.
