Description

A crunchy broccoli salad loaded with crispy bacon, sharp cheese, and a creamy, slightly sweet dressing—perfect as a side dish for potlucks or barbecues.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Add chopped broccoli, bacon, cheddar cheese, and red onion to a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture.
  4. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Stir again just before serving.
