An easy no-bake peanut butter pie with a creamy, fluffy filling and a crunchy cookie crust, perfect for a quick dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping (or heavy cream, whipped)
- Chocolate shavings or peanut butter cups for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the filling is light and fluffy.
- Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled crust.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or peanut butter cups before serving if desired.
