Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (or heavy cream, whipped)
  • Chocolate shavings or peanut butter cups for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the filling is light and fluffy.
  6. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
