Description

Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Donuts are soft, fluffy donuts filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture and sweet strawberry jam, then dusted with powdered sugar for a simple yet indulgent treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (plus extra for dusting)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup strawberry jam or preserves
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat 2–3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Separate biscuit dough and gently flatten each biscuit slightly.
  3. Fry biscuits in batches for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. Allow donuts to cool slightly.
  5. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Transfer cheesecake filling to a piping bag fitted with a small round tip.
  7. Use a knife or skewer to create a small hole in the side of each donut.
  8. Pipe cheesecake filling into each donut, then pipe a small amount of strawberry jam inside.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • You can air-fry the biscuits at 350°F (175°C) for 6–8 minutes instead of deep frying.
  • Use homemade strawberry compote for fresher flavor.
  • Best enjoyed the same day for maximum freshness.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
