Description
Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Donuts are soft, fluffy donuts filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture and sweet strawberry jam, then dusted with powdered sugar for a simple yet indulgent treat.
Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (plus extra for dusting)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup strawberry jam or preserves
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat 2–3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Separate biscuit dough and gently flatten each biscuit slightly.
- Fry biscuits in batches for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Allow donuts to cool slightly.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Transfer cheesecake filling to a piping bag fitted with a small round tip.
- Use a knife or skewer to create a small hole in the side of each donut.
- Pipe cheesecake filling into each donut, then pipe a small amount of strawberry jam inside.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- You can air-fry the biscuits at 350°F (175°C) for 6–8 minutes instead of deep frying.
- Use homemade strawberry compote for fresher flavor.
- Best enjoyed the same day for maximum freshness.
