Description
A quick and easy English muffin breakfast pizza topped with eggs, cheese, and breakfast meats, perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients
- 4 English muffins, split in half
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon, crumbled
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions or chives (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place English muffin halves on a baking sheet.
- Lightly toast muffins in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Crack eggs into skillet and cook until whites are just set.
- Season eggs with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over toasted muffin halves.
- Top with cooked sausage or bacon.
- Place one egg on each muffin half.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.

- Use scrambled eggs instead of fried if preferred.
