Ingredients
- 2 lb lamb chops
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Pat lamb chops dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Set up a dredging station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs mixed with milk in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, garlic, paprika, and oregano in a third.
- Dredge each lamb chop in flour, then dip into egg mixture, and coat thoroughly with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry lamb chops in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

- Do not overcrowd the pan to maintain oil temperature.
- Use a meat thermometer for doneness if needed.
- Serve with lemon wedges or a garlic yogurt sauce.
