  • 2 lb lamb chops
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat lamb chops dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a dredging station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs mixed with milk in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, garlic, paprika, and oregano in a third.
  3. Dredge each lamb chop in flour, then dip into egg mixture, and coat thoroughly with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry lamb chops in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
