Description
Crispy, golden-brown ham and cheese sticks made with rolled dough, melty cheese, and savory ham—perfect as an appetizer, snack, or party food.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 8 equal strips.
- Place one slice of ham and one mozzarella stick onto each dough strip.
- Roll dough tightly around the ham and cheese and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush butter mixture over each dough stick and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with marinara or honey mustard for dipping.
- Try cheddar or provolone cheese for variation.
