Description

Crispy, golden-brown ham and cheese sticks made with rolled dough, melty cheese, and savory ham—perfect as an appetizer, snack, or party food.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 8 equal strips.
  3. Place one slice of ham and one mozzarella stick onto each dough strip.
  4. Roll dough tightly around the ham and cheese and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Brush butter mixture over each dough stick and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with marinara or honey mustard for dipping.
