Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard (optional)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, garlic, olive oil, and thyme.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and coat evenly with the honey mustard sauce.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, basting halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and golden.
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a caramelized finish.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
