Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard (optional)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, garlic, olive oil, and thyme.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and coat evenly with the honey mustard sauce.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, basting halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and golden.
  6. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a caramelized finish.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
