Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
- 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced Honeycrisp apples, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
