Description

Juicy chicken tenders marinated in classic Mediterranean flavors like olive oil, garlic, lemon, and herbs, then cooked until tender and aromatic.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) chicken tenders
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Add the marinated chicken tenders and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Marinate longer (up to 2 hours) for deeper flavor.
  • These tenders can also be baked at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes.
  • Serve with a fresh salad, rice, or pita bread.
