Description
Juicy chicken tenders marinated in classic Mediterranean flavors like olive oil, garlic, lemon, and herbs, then cooked until tender and aromatic.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) chicken tenders
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Add the marinated chicken tenders and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- Marinate longer (up to 2 hours) for deeper flavor.
- These tenders can also be baked at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes.
- Serve with a fresh salad, rice, or pita bread.
