Description

Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Bliss is a decadent layered dessert combining a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy vanilla cheesecake, and a spiced peach cobbler topping baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (180 g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup (75 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup (150 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
  • 2 cups fresh or canned peaches, sliced
  • 1/3 cup (65 g) brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Press firmly into the pan base.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool slightly.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 3/4 cup sugar and mix well.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and sour cream.
  6. Pour cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. In a saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cornstarch, and water.
  8. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5–7 minutes.
  9. Spoon peach mixture evenly over cheesecake batter.
  10. Bake for 45–50 minutes until center is just set.
  11. Turn off oven, crack door, and cool cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
  12. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe fresh peaches for best flavor.
  • A water bath can be used to prevent cracks.
  • Serve chilled or slightly warmed for cobbler-style texture.
