Description

A light, creamy, and refreshing pineapple fluff made with crushed pineapple, whipped topping, and marshmallows, perfect for potlucks and quick desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple and dry pudding mix.
  2. Stir until the mixture thickens slightly.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until smooth.
  4. Add mini marshmallows, coconut, and nuts if using.
  5. Mix gently until evenly combined.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Serve chilled.
