Description
A light, creamy, and refreshing pineapple fluff made with crushed pineapple, whipped topping, and marshmallows, perfect for potlucks and quick desserts.
Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple and dry pudding mix.
- Stir until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until smooth.
- Add mini marshmallows, coconut, and nuts if using.
- Mix gently until evenly combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve chilled.

- Make sure pineapple is well drained to avoid excess liquid.
