Description

Prosciutto White Pizza is a creamy, cheese-forward pizza made without tomato sauce, topped with ricotta, mozzarella, garlic, and delicate slices of prosciutto for a rich and savory flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 120 g thinly sliced prosciutto (or halal beef alternative)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
  • Fresh arugula (optional garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking tray or pizza stone.
  3. Brush dough lightly with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surface.
  5. Dollop ricotta cheese evenly across the dough.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
  7. Season with black pepper and oregano if using.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and top with prosciutto slices.
  10. Add fresh arugula if desired and slice before serving.
