Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 120 g thinly sliced prosciutto (or halal beef alternative)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
- Fresh arugula (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking tray or pizza stone.
- Brush dough lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surface.
- Dollop ricotta cheese evenly across the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
- Season with black pepper and oregano if using.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with prosciutto slices.
- Add fresh arugula if desired and slice before serving.
