Description
A refreshing peach lemonade made with juicy peaches, fresh lemon juice, and a touch of sweetness, perfect for cooling down on warm days.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
- 3/4 cup sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Peach slices and lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the sliced peaches until smooth.
- Strain the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp (optional).
- Add lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour in cold water and mix well.
- Add ice cubes and stir again.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or water as needed.
- Serve chilled, garnished with peach or lemon slices if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute sugar with honey or agave syrup.
- Sparkling water can be used for a fizzy version.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
