Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup root beer concentrate or syrup
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
- Optional: maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into a pie dish.
- Refrigerate crust for 15 minutes to set.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract and root beer concentrate.
- Fold in whipped topping gently until fully combined.
- Pour filling into prepared crust and smooth the top.
