Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup root beer concentrate or syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
  • Optional: maraschino cherries for garnish


Instructions

  1. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into a pie dish.
  2. Refrigerate crust for 15 minutes to set.
  3. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract and root beer concentrate.
  5. Fold in whipped topping gently until fully combined.
  6. Pour filling into prepared crust and smooth the top.
