Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 count), split in half
- 8 oz cooked shrimp, chopped
- 6 oz crab meat, drained
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place biscuit halves cut-side up on the baking sheet and bake for 6–8 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper until smooth.
- Fold in chopped shrimp, crab meat, green onions, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Spoon the seafood mixture evenly onto the partially baked biscuits.
- Top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Return to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes until bubbly and melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
