Description

Crispy garlic bread bowls filled with saucy spaghetti, topped with melted cheese for a fun and hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 round bread rolls (sourdough or Italian)
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bread rolls and hollow out the centers to form bowls.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture inside and on the edges of the bread bowls.
  5. Place the bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until lightly crispy.
  6. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain well.
  7. Heat marinara sauce and toss with the cooked spaghetti.
  8. Fill each bread bowl with spaghetti, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Return to the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

  • You can add cooked meatballs or sausage for extra protein.
