- 1/2 lb (225 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steaks for 3–5 minutes per side until desired doneness; remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and 1 tbsp butter.
- Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink; remove and set aside.
- Add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes, scraping up browned bits.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; simmer until sauce thickens.
- Return shrimp to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Serve steaks topped with creamy shrimp sauce and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Allow steaks to rest before slicing to keep them juicy.
- Avoid overcooking shrimp as they become rubbery.
- Delicious served with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables.
