Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)

- 1-2 tbsp milk (for frosting)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract; whisk until combined.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before frosting.
- For frosting, beat powdered sugar, softened butter, milk, and food coloring until smooth.
- Spread frosting over cooled brownies and decorate with heart sprinkles.
- Cut into squares or heart shapes and serve.
