Festive White Christmas Mojitos made with coconut, lime, mint, and white rum for a refreshing holiday cocktail with tropical flair.
Ingredients
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- 8–10 fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes as needed
- 3 oz club soda
- Mint sprigs and lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- Add mint leaves and simple syrup to a glass and gently muddle to release aroma.
- Add lime juice, cream of coconut, and white rum.
- Fill the glass with ice and stir well.
- Top with club soda.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and lime slices.
- Serve immediately.
