Description

Flaky croissants stuffed with rich chocolate and creamy pistachio filling, baked to golden perfection for an indulgent, bakery-style treat.


Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants
  • 1/2 cup pistachio cream or pistachio paste
  • 1/2 cup chocolate spread or melted chocolate
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice each croissant lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  3. Spread pistachio cream inside each croissant.
  4. Add a layer of chocolate spread or drizzle melted chocolate inside.
  5. Close the croissants and brush the tops with egg wash.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Drizzle extra chocolate on top and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
