Ingredients
- 4 large croissants
- 1/2 cup pistachio cream or pistachio paste
- 1/2 cup chocolate spread or melted chocolate
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for dusting)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice each croissant lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- Spread pistachio cream inside each croissant.
- Add a layer of chocolate spread or drizzle melted chocolate inside.
- Close the croissants and brush the tops with egg wash.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Drizzle extra chocolate on top and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
