Description

Condensed Milk Cake is a soft, moist, and buttery cake made with sweetened condensed milk, offering a rich flavor and tender crumb—perfect for tea time or simple desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Add whole milk and mix until a smooth batter forms.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and level the top.
  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cake to cool before slicing and serving.
