Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Add whole milk and mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and level the top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Do not overmix the batter to keep the cake light.
- You can add lemon zest or coconut for extra flavor.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving for presentation.
