Ingredients
- 8 small taco shells or low-carb tortillas
- 400g ground beef or turkey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned.

- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully seasoned.
- Warm taco shells or tortillas.
- Spread or spoon cottage cheese into each taco shell.

- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
