  • 8 small taco shells or low-carb tortillas
  • 400g ground beef or turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
