Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 oz jumbo pasta shells
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak pieces with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Add parmesan cheese, paprika, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Return cooked steak and pasta shells to the skillet.
- Toss gently until everything is coated in the sauce.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

- Use freshly grated parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
- Do not overcook steak to keep it tender.
