Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak pieces with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add steak bites and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet.
  6. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
  8. Add parmesan cheese, paprika, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  9. Return cooked steak and pasta shells to the skillet.
  10. Toss gently until everything is coated in the sauce.
  11. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  12. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
