Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 large flatbreads or tortillas
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons, lightly crushed
- 1 tablespoon butter for toasting wraps
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook steak for 3-5 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached.
- Remove steak from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
- In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and parmesan cheese.
- Lay flatbreads on a clean surface.
- Add sliced steak, Caesar salad mixture, and crushed croutons to the center of each flatbread.
- Wrap tightly like a burrito.
- Heat butter in a skillet and toast wraps seam-side down until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Slice in half, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
