Ingredients

  • 400g steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or cheese sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon butter for toasting


Instructions

  1. Season steak with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
  3. Cook steak slices for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Add onions and sauté until softened.
  5. Lay tortillas flat and spread mayonnaise or cheese sauce if using.
  6. Add steak mixture and shredded cheese to the center of each tortilla.
  7. Fold sides inward and roll tightly into wraps.
  8. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
