Ingredients
- 400g steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or cheese sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter for toasting
Instructions
- Season steak with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Cook steak slices for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add onions and sauté until softened.
