Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate spread or melted chocolate
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for whipped cream)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Let batter rest for 10–15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to form a thin crepe.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes, flip, and cook another 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining batter.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Place one crepe on a serving plate, spread a thin layer of chocolate, add whipped cream and strawberries.
- Repeat layering with remaining crepes.
- Top the stack with extra whipped cream, strawberries, and a drizzle of chocolate.
- Chill slightly or serve immediately.
