Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a sheet cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
- In a saucepan, combine butter, water, and cocoa powder. Heat until melted and smooth.
- Pour chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
