Juicy, tender garlic butter steak bites cooked to perfection in just 30 minutes, delivering a high-protein, flavorful meal that’s quick and satisfying.
Ingredients
- 500g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
- 1 cup broccoli or green beans (optional side)
Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried herbs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes without stirring to get a good crust.
- Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic.
- Stir and toss the steak bites in the garlic butter for 1–2 minutes until well coated.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Optional: sauté broccoli or green beans in the same pan for 5–6 minutes.
- Serve hot as is or with vegetables.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the pan—cook in batches if needed.
- Use sirloin or other lean cuts for higher protein.
- Patting steak dry helps achieve a better sear.
- Adjust garlic and butter to taste.
- Pairs well with rice, potatoes, or low-carb sides.
