Description

Juicy, tender garlic butter steak bites cooked to perfection in just 30 minutes, delivering a high-protein, flavorful meal that’s quick and satisfying.


Ingredients

  • 500g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • 1 cup broccoli or green beans (optional side)


Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried herbs.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes without stirring to get a good crust.
  4. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic.
  6. Stir and toss the steak bites in the garlic butter for 1–2 minutes until well coated.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
  8. Optional: sauté broccoli or green beans in the same pan for 5–6 minutes.
  9. Serve hot as is or with vegetables.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the pan—cook in batches if needed.
  • Use sirloin or other lean cuts for higher protein.
  • Patting steak dry helps achieve a better sear.
  • Adjust garlic and butter to taste.
