Description

Honey Glazed Cajun Salmon Bites are tender salmon cubes coated in bold Cajun seasoning and finished with a sweet honey glaze for a quick and flavorful seafood dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, toss salmon with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add salmon bites in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice.
  6. Reduce heat to medium and pour the honey glaze into the skillet.
  7. Toss salmon gently in the sauce until evenly coated and slightly caramelized.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley or green onions.
  9. Serve warm with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the skillet for even browning.
  • Fresh salmon works best for tender bites.
  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
  • Serve with rice, vegetables, or salad.
  • Use a nonstick skillet to prevent sticking.
