Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss salmon with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add salmon bites in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Reduce heat to medium and pour the honey glaze into the skillet.
- Toss salmon gently in the sauce until evenly coated and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from heat and garnish with parsley or green onions.
- Serve warm with lemon wedges.
