Honey Glazed Sausage & Potato Bake is a sweet and savory sheet pan dinner featuring smoky sausage, roasted potatoes, and a sticky honey glaze baked until golden and caramelized.
Ingredients
- 14 oz smoked beef or turkey sausage, sliced
- 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a large baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Remove baking sheet from oven and add sliced sausage to the potatoes.
- Pour honey glaze evenly over the sausage and potatoes and toss gently.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender and caramelized.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use baby Yukon Gold potatoes for the best texture.
- Roast potatoes cut-side down for extra crispiness.
- Add carrots or bell peppers for extra vegetables.
- Do not overcrowd the baking sheet.
