Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz rice noodles or lo mein noodles

- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers and carrots, cooking for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Pour honey sriracha sauce into the skillet and stir well.
- Add cooked noodles and toss everything together until coated evenly.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro before serving.
