Ingredients
- 500g steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Toss sweet potato cubes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

- Divide roasted sweet potatoes into serving bowls.

- Drizzle hot honey sauce over the bowls.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
