Description

Tender roasted chicken coated in a rich honey garlic glaze, offering a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  4. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice.
  5. Place seared chicken in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, basting halfway through.
  7. Cook until chicken is fully done and glaze is sticky.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

  • Use chicken breasts if preferred, but adjust cooking time.
