Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Place seared chicken in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
- Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, basting halfway through.
- Cook until chicken is fully done and glaze is sticky.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- Use chicken breasts if preferred, but adjust cooking time.
