Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour a thin layer of batter and cook for about 1 minute per side to form crepes. Repeat with remaining batter.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped cream to create a light cheesecake filling.
  6. Spread the filling evenly over each crepe.
  7. Top with chopped strawberries and drizzle with strawberry jam if using.
  8. Roll each crepe tightly into a log.
  9. Slice into smaller rolls or serve whole.
  10. Chill slightly before serving for best texture.
