Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk

- 200g cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour a thin layer of batter and cook for about 1 minute per side to form crepes. Repeat with remaining batter.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream to create a light cheesecake filling.
- Spread the filling evenly over each crepe.
- Top with chopped strawberries and drizzle with strawberry jam if using.
- Roll each crepe tightly into a log.
- Slice into smaller rolls or serve whole.
- Chill slightly before serving for best texture.
