Description

Strawberry Cloud Cake is a light, airy, and viral 3-ingredient dessert made with eggs, sugar, and strawberry puree, creating a fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth texture.


Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree (blended fresh strawberries)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a small baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  3. Beat egg whites until foamy, then gradually add sugar and whip to stiff peaks.
  4. In another bowl, mix egg yolks with strawberry puree until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the egg white mixture into the strawberry mixture in batches.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  8. Let cool completely before removing from the pan.
  9. Slice and serve.
